1) Corporate banking portal is an online web and mobile application platform from one of the largest bank in Thailand, which specifically targets its corporate and business clients. This portal serves as a digital banking solution which offers a wide range of financial services to meet the diverse needs of corporate customers, increasing convenience and accessibility to support their business operations.

2) A business content style guide applies specifically for corporate banking portal platforms. It demonstrates a set of product or company specific writing guidelines that shapes the content to be the same way for wholistic consistency of the product, similar to UI designers’ design systems. The style guide is a major reference for UX writers, content designers, and UX/UI designers to follow writing rules to apply for content to the UI elements of user journey. The aspect of content in business style guide covers voice and tone, style and grammars, language, punctuation, formatting, and UI components which the content will be located.
