Guest Access Mode allow users to explore the TAGTHAi app's features, browse available products, and preview experiences without sign-in or sign-up.
This feature enhances accessibility by providing an introduction to TAGTHAi’s products and offerings, encouraging user engagement that users can create an account later for full functionality.

A showcase of intuitive user flows, mapping seamless interactions that enhance usability and guide users toward their goals effortlessly.
Onboarding Flow
The onboarding flow allows users to skip the sign-up and sign-in process to explore the TAGTHAi products. Users will be navigated to sign-in or sign-up flow at trigger stages such as sign-in/sign-up banner, redeem benefits CTA, purchase, etc.
This is to provide more seamless experience that users won't feel overwhelmed or frustrated with onboarding process in order to use the application, which provides sense of control that they can choose to sign up or sign in later.

Purchase Flow
The Guest Mode purchase flow was enhanced to be more seamless that users are able to explore products from product shelf to purchase summary stage.

At the purchase summary stage, users need to sign in or sign up to buy products, and will be asked to provide user information including name, email, date of birth, and country of residence. This information needs to be as accurate as possible since it will be collected and analysed for marketing, communication, and strategic data purposes.

Personal Details Flow
The personal detail flows allow users to edit their information if they are mistaken during onboarding session, and allow them to link accounts with 3rd party platforms including Google, Apple, and Facebook.

Here, Guest Users and Registered Users will see the account & personal details stag differently. Guest Users can only see general information of TAGTHAi, change languages, and see Help Center. On the other hand, Registered users are able to access every section of the stage, for example, free benefit redemption, booking history, etc.
