TAGTHAi Guest Access Mode

UX/UI Designer, Product Owner (Functional)

Guest Access Mode allow users to explore the TAGTHAi app's features, browse available products, and preview experiences without sign-in or sign-up.

 

This feature enhances accessibility by providing an introduction to TAGTHAi’s products and offerings, encouraging user engagement that users can create an account later for full functionality.

  • Owned and led end-to-end execution of the project, analysing performance data of user interactions and research during onboarding journey to develop the Guest Mode user flows

  • Created business requirements and functional user stories, and developed to user flows & screens that maintain design & content consistency

  • Collaborated with other designers, business analysts, and developers in product optimisation

  • Came up with UX copy & design that provide digital solutions to users to complete their tasks as fast & convenient as possible

  • Positioned as a leading key person of the project who is able to manage other designers and stakeholders involved

  • Developed knowledge regarding analysis of performance data research

  • Learned from global competitors research and studied pros and cons of the existing journey in order to improve user flows

A showcase of intuitive user flows, mapping seamless interactions that enhance usability and guide users toward their goals effortlessly.

Onboarding Flow

The onboarding flow allows users to skip the sign-up and sign-in process to explore the TAGTHAi products. Users will be navigated to sign-in or sign-up flow at trigger stages such as sign-in/sign-up banner, redeem benefits CTA, purchase, etc.

 

This is to provide more seamless experience that users won't feel overwhelmed or frustrated with onboarding process in order to use the application, which provides sense of control that they can choose to sign up or sign in later.

Purchase Flow

The Guest Mode purchase flow was enhanced to be more seamless that users are able to explore products from product shelf to purchase summary stage.

At the purchase summary stage, users need to sign in or sign up to buy products, and will be asked to provide user information including name, email, date of birth, and country of residence. This information needs to be as accurate as possible since it will be collected and analysed for marketing, communication, and strategic data purposes.

Personal Details Flow

The personal detail flows allow users to edit their information if they are mistaken during onboarding session, and allow them to link accounts with 3rd party platforms including Google, Apple, and Facebook.

​

Here, Guest Users and Registered Users will see the account & personal details stag differently. Guest Users can only see general information of TAGTHAi, change languages, and see Help Center. On the other hand, Registered users are able to access every section of the stage, for example, free benefit redemption, booking history, etc.
