User Flow Examples 📱

A showcase of intuitive user flows, mapping seamless interactions that enhance usability and guide users toward their goals effortlessly.

Exchanging
Currencies Flow

The exchanging currencies flow is to enable users to effortlessly buy and sell currencies between countries, empowering them to manage their international finances without the necessity of travelling to a physical branch. The BlueWave FCD claims to have the best exchange rate compared to its competitors in the financial market. Users can both exchange currencies of their choice for travelling, saving, and investment purposes, simultaneously, being aware of those purposes must not include exchanging for currency speculation.

Exchange Rate Alerts Flow

The exchange rate alert flow is developed to advance users’ currency exchange experience by allowing them to set alerts for the preferable exchange rate they would like to buy or sell. The alerts will notify users when their set rate has reached the number they would like to exchange. This is to ensure users’ convenience and satisfaction in terms of time and effort that they do not have to constantly check whether the rate increases or decreases, and to make sure they can actually buy the rate they set alerts for.

Account Management Flow

The account management flow improves users’ convenience in letting them add FCD accounts to ‘Favourites’ menu in order to make a transfer more seamlessly in a short period of time. The service also allows users to set the account name they prefer in case they own several FCD accounts. This is to make the accounts more noticeable when making transactions.
